For me it's easily either Teens of Denial or Human Performance, both totally blew me away and really got me properly into both bands. In fact both of them would probably be in my top 10 albums of all time desu.

They're from Austin like street sects and fairly similar except not industrial and less scream

They only have two releases one of which is an ep and they're both comparable
