What's the deal with Mexican and Spanish cards?

You have those in Mexico too?
Italy uses the same deck I think.

Truco is the best card game.
Well, I'm a tourist and I bought those cards thinking they would be a 52 card deck. It's pretty interesting, somehow Sup Forums never taught me about international cards.
Best deck
I don't know any games to play in the spanish deck.
Teach me one Sup Forums
Tute, Mus, Chinchón... they're are many.
Yes pretty common, baraja española
Bastos.
Asshole and spades are based all other card games are shit
Asshole is god tier. It's simple but fun and easy to learn.
Asshole is fun to gamble at too
Any less than 5 players and you're playing pleb tier
How do you gamble at it? It seems like it would be unfair since the president has an advantage in the next round.
Any good for gambling with few people?
How does one play asshole?
It's too hard to explain in writing and I'm on mobile, but if you look up asshole.or presidents it should tell you how to play. There are many different versions as well, in my high school alone the different classes played different versions.
Se juega con baraja española? Solo me salen resultados con la inglesa
Soy estadounidense amigo, estoy aquí para vacacionar. Sólo he jugado con una baraja inglésa.
Pretty sure those are italian
Wikipedia says the Spanish deck has "strong similarities" with the Italian deck, but classifies them as different with different articles anyway.
Yeah but the italian one came first
spain owned parts of italy, it's hardly surprising they took elements from it.
unlike other traditional decks, the spanish kept being used by general population and thus got the name, as simple as that
Have you ever played "Rummy"? You can play pretty much the same thing with these but we call it "Conquian".
