Yeah i managed to quit easily, i just manned up and stopped smoking because i thought it was bullshit and couldn't be arsed, waking up with lungs that felt full of shit and like iron sucked.

first of all thats like almost 4 packs a day. but i smoked over a pack a day for like 10 years and i picked up vaping. havent had a smoke since and its been over a year and a half. i havent used my vape in like 3 or 4 months. at least give it a try.
