I never cared for old simpsons. It's all so dated and stale.

The one where they go to Ireland always cracks me up.

OP here. Also, oldfag here. Haven't watched the Simpsons in over a decade. Mainly looking for classics from seasons 2-10 that I've forgotten about.

Australia is the only great vacation episode
Itchy & Scratchy Land is very good
Ireland is sorta okay
every other vacation episode is terrible

Treehouse of Horror III was probably the apex of the show. If you had a scatterplot of jokes by quality and quantity, TOH3 would be in the top right. Every single scene is ridiculous hilarity.
