1. Climate is weird af. Average winter temp in my region (Voronezh) is -15, sometimes is drops to 0 with winter rains. But summer average there is +30-35. Rains, rains, rains.
2. Commieblocks are very cheap, you can buy 3 rooms apps in new block for ~$30-40k.
