What album stopped you from killing yourself?

What album stopped you from killing yourself?

it's an ongoing process with music in general

Belle & Sebastian's 'If You're Feeling Sinister'

Chocolate and Cheese i think

I don't even like it nowadays but back then it was very relatable. Not sure if stopped me but it sure helped me not to.

I'm not 14 so none. If anything, some albums would make me more likely to.

nevermind the bullocks

I was suicidal when I discovered them, and they made me realize the answer was giving absolutely zero shits. They were put together by some guy trying to manufacture a punk band, but they were so chaotic and reckless they burned out after two years from being such dumbshits. You have to admit thats pretty awesome.

All in all it just made me realize I need to stop taking everything so serious.

What's the point of killing yourself if you're not here?

Three years ago this save me.

I haven't listened to it since and probably never will.

just listened to it at just the right time. it really gave me something to relate to, and that's all i really needed, i guess.

I'm still looking for that album. The idea comes up daily nowadays. The most comfort I found was Deathconsciousness and Giles Corey ironically, the themes and mood just seem very close.

First time it was pic related
Second time it was Charles Hamilton - My Brain Is Alive

Did you go off and see a minister haha?

I didn't know this board was populated by 14 year old scene kids.

Mods, ban these underagers.

An utterly tragic excuse for a thread.

This post does nothing other than make you look like an ass. Go ahead and delete it.
