Who should have the power in the union, or should we strive för equal power for all members? What political ideology should it have? Should we let any other country be a member of it more than just the original nordic countries? What would be the primary language? Capital? etc.

Norway or Denmark are my top countries to emigrate to if Sweden doesn't get it's shit together in the next decade. Secession is better. For example if Skåne breaks free from Sweden; Skåne could go ham with based politics and eventually make rest of the Nordics jealous.
Democracy is by definition minority oppression. It's better to keep that minority as small as possible and letting them to migrate to other political areas within their nation.
