i saw this scene , i was laughing like maniac. Everybody looked at me.
i found this fucking hilarious.
i didnt even understand it was supposed to be young tony stark. so fake loking, so terrible. couldnt they find a guy to play role? why they had to fake him.
>also why his parents said its last time we are gonna see you ?
Actually that part stood out to me because it wasn't as bad as probably 90% of flashbacks in movies today. He did look kinda odd though.
Easton Williams
It was.
Julian Cox

James Murphy
>it wasn't as bad as probably 90% of flashbacks in movies today. I'm not opposed to them continuing to practice this digitally aging or de-aging thing for flashbacks and other purposes, because they seem close to getting it right, and I much prefer it to casting a younger actor, and they have to telegraph in the scene "Ah yes, you're this person that we see later in 20 years" It was pretty laughable in Harry Potter, and Tron looked less than convincing, but one was the ending note for the entire series, so it was more distracting, and the other was there the whole movie. The way the Marvel movies pepper these in work much, much better.
Jeremiah Gutierrez
Jesus christ how stupid is this thread.
You people do realize that it was supposed to look terrible?
You do realize that it was meant to be a comment on the shitty movies that actually use CGI characters in scenes with real characters and how shitty it looks?
Tony literally refers to the simulation as B.A.R.F.
Carson Jackson
Jesus Christ that looks terrible.
Jaxon Hill
Uncanny valley. Looks like a mannequin.
Logan Flores
Looks shit lol.Like as if anyone cares about some short dude from like the sixties lol
Charles Rivera
But... that's actually him.
Julian Cooper
The anti-aging effects in Tron Legacy were better.
Michael Taylor
Daily reminder that this is the industry Standard for flashbacks.
>the guy on the right is a teen
Julian Hill
>Industry
lol @ silverscreen fags trying to legitimize their shitty soap opera performances by comparing them to the actually important big screen.
Sebastian Sullivan
So they were making fun of themselves? The CGI looked abysmal at times in CW.
Jaxson Ward
>You people do realize that it was supposed to look terrible? ILMfags pls go
Nathan Martinez
that was pretty fucking funny to see those actors with horrible wigs acting like teens. The actual teen and child dexter were pretty good though
Thomas Anderson
Slap his current face with no facial hair on it and done.
Jose Anderson
Weirdly, that whole scene I saw a young Dustin Hoffman in the Graduate instead of RDJ. It was fucking unshakable.
Ryder Miller
Guess who this is?
Colton Taylor
Why do you type like an obnoxious Redditor?
Carson Torres
Tron Legacy may have been made when this technology was still new, but it seems that in the case of Michael Douglas and RDJ who have been in films for several decades, digitally placing their younger faces over their current ones works for at least a minute or so before it creeps everyone out.
Colton Reed
>i saw this scene , i was laughing like maniac. Everybody looked at me. Exactly, because you are an obnoxious manchild who should stay in his basement since you don't know how to behave in such places.
Blake Baker
That's clearly Winona "please let me" Ryder.
Blake Edwards
Unless you're an upscale department store, she's never going to touch anything of yours inappropriately.
Henry Fisher
A man can dream.
On topic: Downey Jr. used to be a handsome lad. I remember one of the stories from the time when he was shooting Natural Born Killers. The movie starred Woodie Harrelson and Juliette Lewis and a good chunk of it played in prison. Those scenes were shot in an actual prison. Even though most of the inmates hadn't seen a woman in years, they discareded Lewis and instead were pretty vocal about wanting to fuck Downey Jr.
Benjamin Lee
This proves you guys are being negative just to he negative, he looked fine de-aged in the movie, nobody has complained but losers on Sup Forums
Benjamin Ross
>mom, can we go home now?
Jaxson Sanchez
I haven't seen the movie and I genuinely thought that screenshot was from an old RDJ movie.
Connor Stewart
Lol that is what he looked like. He's always looked like a faggot.
Sebastian Nguyen
Aunt Tomei
Connor Green
Is this any good? Looks decent, I'm surprised I haven't seen it yet.
Julian Rivera
Less Than Zero is his best, practically a documentary of his drug abuse. Its the only thing Bret Easton Ellis ever wrote that wasn't completely edgy.
That is literally and old photo of him, though. You fags can't tell the difference, yet complain about it.
Nathan Lopez
You must be blind or stupid. Clu looked like PS2 vidja.
Alexander Flores
I laughed at this part because of the Sup Forums edit
Levi Collins
I saw it years ago but I remember being impressed. I'd say it's pretty good.
Hunter Gutierrez
It is. Turboautists think real faces look fake.
Nicholas Torres
t. Autism
Christian Davis
prophetic of the new Spidey film
Jaxson Perez
A nigger, a Jew and a grossly-obese Mexican walk into a gay bar. They approach a fat, cum-gargling faggot with a 2-inch-long, always flaccid penis using an Apple product at a table. "You wanna come back to our place?" the nigger asks the faggot. "You can toss my Mexican friend's rancid herpes-and-shit-covered salad and jerk my Jewish friend's wart-and-pimple covered penis while I ram my giant unlubed nigger-cock into your gaping oft-fucked asshole." "Oh, literally nothing in the world would make me happier!" says the faggot. "But first i need to post a picture of an unattractive man wearing an old-fashioned hat, on Sup Forums's Film & Television board. It will just take a moment."
Elijah Lewis

Blake Collins
Okay, I get it, BVS was a better film and in fact I agree it was a much deeper movie although not as enjoyable not because of it being less than Civil War but incredibly depressingly dark, like really depressive and sad especially that end. But That's Robert Downey of yesteryear, I kid you not. That's Tony.
Julian Walker
You're my hero.
and saved, you glorious bastard you.
Luke Nelson
Yeah. He looks really different to that in the early 90's.
