I mean, it's happened to me but only because I already have a record and there was a warrant out for a guy with the same name, so they came and picked me up. They actually locked me up for 10 days before my lawyer convinced them that I was actually the wrong guy.

I probably could've sued, but I didn't. But I did get picked up a few months later and got a 60 day (40 with no incidents) sentence, and they counted the 10 days I was wrongfully in for as time served. So I got out in 30 days

I start work for my Union Job tomorrow.
