The pinnicle of metal is when you throw your friends cd and hearing it break out of the car and hearing it break for having shit taste

It is for me, although I'm not a metal-head.

In fact its one of the only metal albums still in my listening rotation along with the early Metallica albums.

of Thrash Metal? Yes.
of Metal in general? Hell no. Gorguts - Obscura exists, my friend.

Show No Mercy is literally the best thrash metal album ever released.

Megadeth has too much wankery.

Show no Mercy tries too hard to be edgy. That's the nice thing about RIP, it's not really edgy in the least

I master magics five

not even close

GIVE ME ALCHEMY
GIVE ME SORCERY
GIVE ME WIZARDRY
THERMATOLOGY
ELECTRICITY

HE WHO LIVES BY THE SWORD

It's metal, who cares about edge?

No, but great album

Your fedora and shit taste are showing
Not even the best Death album

Agree on all points. Well done.

I've been seeing a bunch of fags saying this recently, I'm 90% sure that it's a meme to say that Rust in Peace is the best metal album, that's like saying Dark Side of the Moon is the best rock album.
SNM is a fucking awesome album, definitely in the top 10 thrash albums of all time

Agreed pham

Prolly for thrash or technical thrash. One of my faves but I still wouldn't call it the pinnacle since there is so much metal out there.

I rarely listen to metal anymore but I still really enjoy this. It manages that very fine line of having so many good riffs and solos while being interesting, coherent songs.

Best song

Wrong, it's objectively Polaris

>pinnacle of metal

Peace sells is better.

Also, Sin After Sin is the epitome of metal
