things I noticed:
- That Diekirch flag is the town, not the district - district flags for Luxembourg aren't in the extension yet, just a few random town flags, something we need to fix
- All of the flags you've placed in France are departments, except for Île-de-France - that's a region that is further divided into 8 departments (one of which is Paris, here: )
I'll keep an eye out and link you to any regionals I notice that you're missing
Probably one or two, likely family of party officials - there was one who posted some sort of IP proof and the location of their town near the border to China a while back, but someone else said it could have been faked
