Regularly playing crabcock will fix you right up senpai

Yes. But don't ask Sup Forums, /fit/ might help you out more.
This is a bigger topic but basically you need to stretch certain muscles and do some strength training to fix your posture.

Google it and go on /fit/

Stop sucking so much dick and it will become better eventually, Chakib.

>he thinks autists on Sup Forums play sports
lmfao

You need to see a doctor asap

>he doesn't know we all were world class junior players until life changing injury

Stop playing vydia

it has helped me gr8ly

I have slight scoliosis. Back stretches help, deadlifts (not too heavy, bodyweight multiple reps) help most of all.
But you sound pretty fucked up with this kyphotic thing so you need to see a specialist physio before doing anything.

>mfw googling this shit
HAHAHAHA WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOUR SPINE
DONT TELL ME YOU LOOK LIKE THAT 24/7

>this thread
made me sit straight tbqhwy

Yes, FIA can use your spine as a F1 circuit

this, flexibility is the absolute key.

At least he not israeli D:

deadlift and squats with correct technique

kek

excessive kyphosis is due to weak and strectched upper back muscles, trapezius and rhomboid
you need to do some shoulder blade adduction exercises like rows
dont push it hard with heavy shit, you wont do it right
know the proper form(knees bent, torso bent over, back straight, head up), the movements should be slow as it takes time for those muscles to activate
10-12 reps, 4 sets, the weight should be appropriate
also deadlifts, they're focused on lower back (lordosis) but you still need to keep everything straight

about scoliosis, try lateral tilt of your torso on both sides and keep your shoulder alignment horizontal at all times. Do it in front of a mirror if you need to
tho this is not very likely to fix it, just gives you some sort of perception regarding your asimetry
it'd be the best to seek for professional help

Am I supposed to feel bad for it? Because I can't think of any other place I'd rather live tbqh.
