I'm having a super tough time concentrating on things lately. This is a new issue for me. Like when I sit down to do work my focus spreads to everything in the world instead of the one thing I'm supposed to be working on. My work is suffering greatly and I'm very worried. I don't think I'm adhd because that shit doesn't happen overnight like this. I wouldn't be able to take Adderall anyway because I have high blood pressure. I bought some of pic related so we'll see how that helps. Any other suggestions, anons?

I believe I do have sleep apnea but I've had it for a long time and the concentration issues are new.

Modafinil might work for you. It's pretty easy to obtain if you have a credit card or paypal. It's illegal to sell without a prescription, but it's not illegal to buy.

Avoid adrafinil, that did nothing for me. Bad for your liver too.

Meditation
Will seem imposible the first times but you have to get used to it, it's one of the hardest things becausd the mind likes to wander. There is a lot of evidence that meditation is very effective for concentration and overall health.
