Tfw smoking 75 cigarettes a day

>tfw smoking 75 cigarettes a day

Anyone here managed to quit smoking?

Seriously what the fuck 75 a day?

Try smoking one less every week.

how much money do you spend a month average on cigarettes, and how much money do you make a month from your job.

it takes a crane to get repeating numbers

Started smoking on a trip to amsterdam when I was 17. When california changed the smoking age to 21 (im 19) i decided it was a good time to quit before I go to uni. It was hard man, good luck.

Also, what do you smoke? I love Camel turkish royals and malboro reds (of course)

It costs me 36 dollars a day and I make 950 every 2 weeks as a landscaper in ontario canada

However, I never came close to 75 a day. I smoked a full pack once on a adderall binge and felt like shit the next day. But most days 1-3 cigarettes.

Not OP, but around here a pack of Marlboro reds is $6.21 out the door, OP smokes about 4 packs a day, so 24.84 a day, or about $745 a month
>OP smokes more a day than I make in two weeks selling these shits

Never heard of those brands but I smoke john player standard king size

>never heard of Camel or Marlboro
What shithole do you live in?

A pack has 25 cigarettes in it and each pack costs 12 dollars and I smoke 3 packs a day

Ontario canada, never once have I seen camels or Marlboro reds here

You can get marlboros in canada

Champix is how I quit. Still not easy.

They're the two biggest companies in tobacco, they own most other companies

Try a camel turkish royal if you get a chance. Tastes like a dessert.

I've never seen or heard of them.I don't smoke cheap cigarettes though I smoke john player standard

I used to smoke a pack a day specially after smoking weed I used to crave it really badly. The only way to quite it is to stop smoking once and for all! That's how I did it. I even stopped smoking weed at the same time.
I only smoke if I'm drinking now which is every 2-3 months

Dumaurier is the biggest here

STOP POSTING THIS EVERYDAY YOU FAGGOT

Get a vape, as cringy as that sounds, and use that to slowly lower your nicotine intake.

I smoked a pack and a half for 3 years, switched to a vape for 3 months, and then went cold turkey and haven't smoked in over a month. It makes it much easier on the body to quit vaping than it is to just outright quit cigarettes.

player standards are the cheapest shittiest cigarettes there are, faggot

Me, I just didn't have money one day and I forgot to buy more packets, that was 5 years ago after smoking for 6 years

not cold turkey when you fuck wean yourself off nicotine with a vape you dipshit.

I've quit for 3 weeks now and I smoked 40 a day for around 10 years and after the first week it's not bad because I can finally go more than 2 minutes without coughing and wheezing

I was constantly coughing and wheezing when I smoked and I'll never go back to that embarrassing lifestyle

12 dollars a pack isn't cheap...... some other poster said camels are like 6 dollars a pack which is dirt cheap compared to my brand

U wot m8? I also live in ontario and John players aren't cheap at all retard they're almost the most expensive cigs

Havent bought them in ontario, but i know smokes are way too overpriced here. They might be $12 a pack but theyre shit and theyre cheaper in other provinces.

>tfw I had to choose between cigarettes and food

quitting isn't hard when you have to choose between starving or smoking, if you want to quit just get a low paying job and move out of your parents and smoking isn't even an option anymore

so basically half of your paycheck is wasted on fueling your addiction. that sucks bro. get yourself some willpower. anyone with a brain stopped smoking after high school or just avoided that shit all together

It's an american thing, what brand do you smoke OP? Also from Ontario and in the midst of quitting myself.

Yeah it sucks but smoking is addictive

Switch to vaping OP

John player standard king size

You should just take some trips down to the reserve if you're smoking that much. Not a bad brand of smoke though. I'd smoke Belmont's but fuck me, are they ever expensive.

no shit it's addictive, but at a certain point you have to realize that it's not doing anything for you besides temporarily sating an urge. that's money that's literally doing nothing for you except being thrown away. i wont be a total faggot and go into the health risks, because that shit either kills you or it doesnt. some people's bodies give less of a fuck.

But 36 bucks per day is 500 bucks per paycheck that you're basically just tossing in the trash. that could be the payment for a decently equipped car instead, or extra money to spend on renting/buying a nicer place. instead you're using it to very temporarily scratch an itch.

Not the Phillip Morris Marlboro. BTI has (or had?) the trademark in Canada. So Marlboro Reds as we know them do not exist in Canada. Not sure if thats still the case or how that even works legally.

It's /fit/ copypasta

It's here alot more than on /fit/

pasta or not, i have a coworker that smokes that much, if not more. i've never seen him without a cigarette.

i rented a plane and took him on a quick flight out to the islands one morning, and i thought he was going to crawl out of his skin. 40 minutes is about all he can handle apparently. pretty sad.
