Some of our metabolism are fucked up and this doesn't work very well. I'm not trying to play the genetics card, but for people who have particularly low metabolisms the only sure fire way to lose weight is to cut off carbs almost entirely.

I like not eating after 6pm and not eating breakfast. "intermediate fasting" it will usually cut out 2500 or so cals a week and a pound or so a week. Cutting out soda will just help out. even if you pig out for two meals a day wou might barely push 2000 cals, which should be losing weight for most people. Also americanos are dope, they are super low cal and suppress breky urges.

First get it in your mind that weight doesn't equate to health. Find out how much you need to eat in order to lose at a healthy rate in accordance with amount of exercise. Lift weights to build muscle and burn calories more easily. Give up added sugar shit for the most part (splurge once in a blue moon, not Everytime you exercise). Eat whole grain. High Protein. Measure your food with a scale and look up calories or use the label. Weigh every day in the morning after you piss if it helps motivation.

May sound stupid but it's late and I'm almost outta here but EAT LESS. Girlfriend went for bariatric bypass surgery and lost a shitload but it's because she can only eat 4 ounces per meal. You don't have to have surgery to do that. Starving yourself isn't an option because your body will start using flesh and muscle for food instead of fat.
