You should try to work your abs just a bit more, don't get me wrong, they are nice but, they would be amazing if they were a little more defined and had the side abs. You're skinny and lean. Don't think you're strong because of this. You will gain weight and it won't be muscle. You will have to work for your strength. Currently, your body is so dehydrated already, there's no way you could bulk up. You'll need to eat more and work out more. More than you probably ever have.

Wouldn't do much good if you're cutting/staying at a low-ish weight. I'm 6'3" and had to lurk /fit/ for a couple years and eat 4k kcals/day till i went from 150lbs to 210lbs

The cut was over the course of 4ish days. I'm gaining it back this week I just needed to make weight. I'm sure most teens here could honestly bench as much or more than me.

I consume under 3k cals a day and over 2k. I do "cardio" I guess every workout

Thats cool, I ask because I'm about to lower my weightlifting workout frequency drastically to make space for fighting training, just good to see I won;t end up skinny with no muscle.
