Popular isn't an argument when the entire record only exists to flaunt wealth to show off the top tier instruments, studios and guest musicians you can afford to hire but very little to offer in terms of music with any actual meaning apart from 2-3 tracks maybe. I mean, jesus, every other song in the first half of album is downers which was never the character of band. They were clearly uninspired and just decided to expand on a throwaway idea because they could afford it.
