The Doors

What does Sup Forums think of The Doors?

s/t btfo every other album released in 67, I know I'm right but please don't disagree with me as my ego is incredibly fragile. seriously the only good albums from 67 were the Doors, Love, and maybe banana but eh

They're great desu

I appreciate the feedback, fellas. Is there any album you would consider to be their very best?

I think it's boring, but I don't like blues in general.

Manufactured white pop band of its time.
Now they're classic and hip because it's old pop.

L.A Womas is a really great album

Does anybody have that picture from the inverted album covers thread of the s/t but instead it says "doob"

They are Rock. I think you mean "Popular Music"

Now night arrives with her purple legion
Retire now to your tents and to your dreams
Tomorrow we enter the town of my birth
I want to be ready

great band hated mostly because of their frontman
krieger is one of the most underrated guitar players

good band
I miss the full circle by the doors meme

>>I remember hearing them when I was little, Alabama Song sounded funny.
>>Got Strange Days for CD last weekend, listened to The Soft Parade thursday
>>touch me and some songs at the end and start were bretty good

I legitimately enjoy Strange Days more than s/t.

>meme
you mean spam

depends on what you're into. I like it all (except maybe Full Circlejerk) but start with the Morrison records. Start cronologically, but skip The Soft Parade, as some of the songs on there generally turn people off

that shit was unfunny and annoying

Literally my favorite band.

They basically got me interested in music by me needing to learn how to play the keyboard solo on Light My Fire.

I actually got to see Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger live in 2011 before Ray passed away.

>back door man
what did he mean by this?

It means when a woman is cheating on her husband and the husband comes home.

So the other guy leaves through the back door.

doo doo doo lookin out my back door

he does her in the butthole

so are elvis, zeppelin and rolling stones
the men dont know but the little girls understand desu
