5x5 collage thread

what did you do today?

Homework, music, food. I wish I was in a wasteland with no people

not much, I only woke up an hour ago
did you like glory

slumber party is decent enough, and i'm dancing is her best song since she was a robot for dr luke and co five years ago

kinda suprised I like anything on a britney record post femme fatale, and I only like that one cause theres some interesting instrumentation like on how I roll, sounds like aphex twin

...

Woke up. Got outta bed. Dragged a comb across my head.

got drunk with my father while listening to talking heads. it was a fairly good time

can I join you in that wasteland? oh wait

dont have work or school so i sat at my computer all day in my sweatpants and hoodie
this isnt 5x5 but whatever

lucky bastard

go to chart underrage

I can't listen to 25 albums a week, so here's 9

Cool taste keep it up!

went to work and then listened to dolly parton at home alone

broken music is real good.
rec: gavin bryars - adelaide town hall

10/10

>broken music is real good.

yeah it's one of my favourite things ever
thanks for the rec

things like this are somehow a lot less awkward than I feel they should be

+third eye, Carly and Ariana
Not sure if I have anything to recommend
Swarms - Old Raves End
Balam Acab - Wander / Wonder
Merchandise - Strange Songs In the Dark
Pure X - Pleasure
Waldo & Sango - Until Then & NSDE/OUTSDE
Fleeting Joys - Despondent Transponder
>Jolene
That album is beautiful, especially Lonely Coming Down.
Loretta Lynn - Blue Kentucky Girl
Johnny Cash - Johnny Cash and His Hot Blue Guitar

what genre is escapism

How come the more I listen to Sup Forumscore the less I like it?

(OP)
Hoahio is the logical conclusion to whatever is going on in your chart

Utada Hikaru > basically everyone on there

If I could focus on one genre I'd have some great recs by now

not sure I quite catch what you mean by that
you like KOR=GIRL?

I mean if I weren't wasting time listening to Sup Forumscore or Nightwish I'd be telling you what to listen to rather than the other way around.

No I'll have to check that group out. On a scale of 1 to Merzbow how electronic are they?

listening to music you enjoy is never a waste of time however

More electronic than OK Computer but a little less than Kid A
if that makes any sense

Watched dota

Because albums can wear off on you a lot.
That Jeff Beck album any good?

It's pretty easy if you always have something playing in the background.
I seem to like Happy Mondays a lot more than Stone Roses lately.

Cool recs, thanks

I haven't touched Radiohead and don't plan to do not a lick.
I initially wanted to say C.C.C.C. not Merzbow. Do you like them?

I mean as a collective. I must have picked the good Sup Forumscore first and ignored the rest for a reason.
Yes that Jeff Beck album is fantastic. It's in his top 3 IMO. If you like it you should try some Japanese band I'd be able to pinpoint if I weren't busy listening to cheesy wannabe EBM. Maybe P-Model.

>I seem to like Happy Mondays a lot more than Stone Roses lately.
Both bands are great but every song on The Stone Roses s/t is so perfect, it blows my mind. Once the shock wears off I'll probably listen to the Happy Mondays more.

Sorry I missed this. Idk what to call it. It seems to have (U.K.) dubstep influences, but some dancey electronic you might find in house.

No prob, glad to help
