according to this chart, created and supplied by globalists, you should not be able to see the north face of ipswich bay from hamton, because at a distance of 40 statute miles ipswich bay should be Below 1066 feet of water, beyond the horizon. any idiot can go to hampton and see that this is true, even when you put your telescope as close to ground level as possible.

there are videos on youtube of people looking at boats that are 10 miles away with a telescope, and you can see the entire hull. it looks like the ship recedes below the horizon, but once you focus the telescope it appears in full, with no curvature blocking it.

What I don't get is how can flat earth theorists explain how we the sun, moon, and other planets are all in the shape of a ball (thanks to gravity) yet expect us to believe here on earth were shaped like a frisbee because "hurr durr I can see something I shouldn't be able to see, therefor the earth MUST be flat"
The earth isn't a perfect sphere either, it's actually a very awkwardly shaped ball, so in some areas I wouldn't be surprised if you could see certain areas as opposed to if we were on a perfect sphere.

not when that chart is made using the official diameter of the earth, those are official numbers. the first mile is 8 inches of elevation change, but it squares after that as the curve continues. the mile after that is 32ish et cetera.

If the planet was flat then when you look at it from above certain nations would be farther from the center than others. Gravity pulls things toward the "center of gravity" which on a disk is the center of the disk. So places like Australia would be getting pulled horizontally toward the North Pole. They would need to build their cities at a nearly 90 degree angle to not "fall" into the north pole. Also gravity would simply pull the earth into a roughly round shape anyway.
