A note on the army figures-

I took several figures from the wiki and appoximated/speculated how these numbers would adjust for the show. Cavalry is guessed by the amount of grazing/stable land kingdoms have, war galleys speculated from which kingdoms have port cities and therefore navies, amount of sellswords hired speculated from wealthier regions.

Dany's army seems to be the most accurate, the Stormlands seems to be the most guess-like (their forces were divided between Renly, Joffrey, Tommen, Stannis and many died in war), and the army of the Others is mostly pure speculation though I assume their army was very large already when they attacked Hardhome, and after the massacre they grew a third of its size.

So yeah, this isn't accurate at all really but it should help you get a ROUGH idea of the strength of armies in ASOIAF
