Was it Kino?
it was
Was it Kino?
it was
>SHE'S SMOOTH LIKE ICE COLD TO THE TOUCH AN IT ISN'T VERY NICE
Fucking A it is OP.
>tfw I watch the interviews more than the actual series now
Garth, Dean and Todd interacting is phenomenal.
This is Post Kino.
As a horror writer I don't ask for much. I just hope I've changed the way you think about life.
So what happened between you and this Renwick customer?
Best chase ever. That fucking music!
What I do, sometimes, is get a tin of soup; heat it up; poach an egg in it; and serve that with a pork pie or sausage roll.
Is that a young noel fielding in the monkey suit?
Yep.
> I'm Garth Marenghi. Author. Dreamweaver. Visionary. Plus actor. You're about to enter the world of my imagination. You are entering my Darkplace.
it is top tier Kino I want to thank the user who recommended it to me everyday for the last 3 years, one of the few things at least 90% [probably more like 95% but again that's a guess I've never in 4 years here recall seeing anyone bash this show as shit] of Sup Forums agrees is great
I only got into it recently, can't beleieve i hadn;t watched it sooner. The comedic timing on this show is perfect
This is the true danske-kino.
fucking kek i loved this show.
I'm pretty sure Julian Barret was in the same episode. Of course many of the actors on GMDP also appear on the Mighty Boosh.
Probably one of the most criminally under-appreciated shows of recent times.
I'm not surprised.
I tried to show this program to friends and family and honestly, they thought I was fucking crazy.
Fucking kek
That music rules.
I still often walk into my roommate's room just saying "She's smooth..." to get "Loike oice"
Best scene in the series:
Based Ayoade
What is this show?
that shotgun will never not be funny
>it's bad on purpose
It's a parody of bad horror you stupid cunt.
"so bad it's good" is a art
The timing and editing are god-tier.
DELIBERATELY trying to make something shit is quite a skill.
Ah not really, you basically have free range to do whatever you think will be funny...
>cut back and has something in there hand
>cut back and looking up instead of down at someone
>cut back and person is in different position doing different action
Some shit is easy but some isn't. I remember one scene of an orderly missing his cue by like, two seconds being the funniest scene in the series. The timing on it is the hardest.
I rewatch it every year, with and without the commentary, which isn't saying much considering how short it is, but it's easily one of the best comedies ever made. And for something that came out in the 2000s, that's fucking saying something.
You're right, but what's underrated in this series is the performances. It's surprisingly challenging to deliver lines convincingly poorly.
Haven't you read the name of the thread?
One of the best comdey series ever imo. If this isn't comedykino nothing is.
>free range
>image.jpg
>Pepe
in fact all of you bastards
you OWE it to yourself to get the DVD for the commentary. they do it all in character and it's amazing
had this as my alarm for a while
Such a fucking brilliant show, good to see it getting some love on Sup Forums
have you listened to the commentary tracks? they do it in character
What does a knuckle supper feel like?
>Matt Berry keeps shitting on the rooftop scenes
She had one hair on her chest!
>yes
Godspeed, Liz, wherever you may be
If you look at the amount of movies that try to be so bad they're good (Sharknado etc) but fail and the amount of ones that actually succeed at this, which as far as I know are just Black Dynamite, Tim and Eric, and Darkplace, it is apparently quite difficult to do right.
yeah it's not just fucking things up, it's still a matter of timing.
Fucking travesty this only got one season.
Finally some fucking love for this amazing show.
Matt Berry's fucking based voice!
