Shiki is a high agi/luck melee focusd character, bloody mess is of course obligatory as are all crit abilities. Curiously she's not one for sneaking so would not level that.

She would survive as she did in her world - a wandering avatar of death, occasionally helping random outposts and settlements.
Traits: Chosen at creation and have a big effect, usually something of a gameplay changer and with ups and downs, perhaps the most interesting for this.

Perks are chosen every couple of levels (or every level, can't remember in fallout 1) usually almost entirely beneficial and just a bonus/specialisation

Rant time. I respect Bethesda for reviving the series but they can't achieve what 1,2 and NV did. The storytelling in Black Isles made the game great. Choices ACTUALLY mattered saving one person could lead to a battle between two factions that changes how trading works across settlements or put someone tyrannical into power. In Bethesda there is so much black and white. The options are nuke a town for no reason or not do it as if that was a deep question on morality. In NV at least each faction justified their actions with REASONING and criticism of the other viewpoint. Hell in FO3 you are forced to gun down everyone in Vault 101 and you can't talk your way out like you could in previous games. They don't seem to care that you and other NPCs have ulterior motives of their own and they refuse to justify their actions
