Had some sort of zit which produced some pus a while back at the location of pic1. Now the skin is hard on that spot and it feels like scarring tissue.
Around this spot, the skin feels very bumpy, its like my follicals are all swollen.

With out being there to look at it, I would say it is a yeast infection. Buy a jock itch cream, here in the states I would tell you to look for a medicine that ends with zole. Zole medicines are the ones that are designed to fight funguses. Also that is not a wort. you have no worrys this is the most common issue with men under 50 who are active in that department. If you should have to see a doctor you should have no shame about it, we see this stuff all day everyday.
