It's a manga that's been running for 20+ years now, and it's pretty incredible. One of the things that's most interesting about it, is that the author has basically reinvented himself in his style several times throughout the series, while still keeping it true to its roots. During the first 10 volumes (referred to collectively as the "Golden Age" arc), it's basically gritty 80s style manga of purely dark medieval warfare, becoming borderlined historical fiction. but in volumes 11-12+ literally hell opens up and pours itself onto earth evil dead style but in a completely serious manner. Over the next ~5 volumes you have every bit of bad in his world corrupted and risen to full blown demonic rape-fests; corrupt priests burning everyone at the stake, packs of roving goblins kidnapping women, raping and impregnating them to make more monsters, an evil god-emporer who tries to take over the world etc. It then turns into a traditional swords/sorcery fantasy where Guts assembles a team of rag-tag heroes to destroy the five God Hands of hell, one of whom was his best friend and rival during the Golden Age.

Apparently Bitstick's working on Kizu and there's a rumor that Mori is. Might PM mori on RS to see if that's true. If there weren't that many signs and the dialogue wasn't so particular, I'd be up for it.
Not much, though, starting watching Kobato which is pretty nice.

I think if Puck did sacrifice something and became an apostle Guts would probably actually kill him. But who would Puck sacrifice? As much as Puck and Guts are iconic together I never get the best inseparable friends vibe. In fact Puck seems to pair with Ishidro a lot more.

I briefly looked at Gary Johnson and he seemed eh, which is good compared to the rest.
Don't want to pick between Hillary/Trump just because the other two don't have a snowball's chance in hell. Going to vote for the person I think is best regardless of their chances to win.
Planning on primarily looking at past actions, like legislation, what they voted for, etc etc, as opposed to speeches and statements which are quite meaningless to me. A little harder for Trump since he's not a career politician, but should be okay.
Doubt I'll visit Sup Forums for any information.

That's a good point, I was thinking the same, Puck doesn't seem to have anyone to sacrifice. No lover, no inseparable best friend, no master/student. That we've seen at least, but at this point bringing one in to sacrifice wouldn't hit hard emotionally.
Longshot, but maybe Farnese, sacrificing Serpico?
