post albums where every track is a "banger"
>hardmode no hip-hop/rap
that album is so fucking good
...
I love this album but most of the time I can't get past the first two tracks. They're too perfect.
Sad that it's their last album but boy is it so good
I agree
checked
Every track is fire
...
These are two of the most enjoyable albums in music history. Every last track on both albums is an absolute banger. I would defend this option with my life.
...
...
Close, but The Holy Filament just doesn't do it for me.
Far enough. How about this?
Prove me wrong.
>no hip-hop/rap
but true
culture shock is kinda subdued and chill, not really a banger
Never heard it. Thanks for the rec, I'll check it out.
i unironically like crawling
...
i love this album to pieces but what kind of song are we calling a "banger" here
Guiding Light and Torn Curtain, great songs, don't bang
Fine.
I'm kind of cheating, there's only 3 tracks on this.
Jenny Death was just less melodic/accessible Hybrid Theory
and ten times as good an album for it
this album is so fucking good, every song better than the last
hell yes
Twenty One Pilots-Blurryface
I feel like I'm the only one who thinks the title track on Disintegration is the best track
It's fucking perfect
NOW we're talking, the true Bangers
No problem. Hope you enjoy it
Nah, I'm with you there, mate
It's the first track in my Spotify playlist called 'songs about meth'
...
dude thats agreed upon to be one of their best songs
bang my ass
Yeah but I'm saying it is THE best Cure song and the best song on the album.
most people usually go with plainsong/pictures of you/lovesong/fascination street/lullaby etc
eh its kind of hard to pick when every song on that album is great to be honest. My personal favorite is homesick
such a danceable and funny album. AOTY 2017 for sure
It's the emotional peak of the album for sure but I'll admit to being a Fascination Street fag. Last Dance and Prayers For Rain are runner-ups.
am i the only one who doesn't like closedown and last dance
i hope so...
>funny
>xiu xiu
>...
As I said right above your post, Last Dance is one of my absolute favorites from the album. Closedown is lower on the ranking for me but every song on Disintegration is at least an 8/10 so that doesn't say much.
Honestly Plainsong is one of my least favourites, it's so good but almost every track is so much more perfect
Same Deep Water as You ;)
>implying that long drawn out piece of shit is good
it has no place on the album and should've been removed
Yeah dude nothing says banger like 13 seconds of smashing noises
Every part of that song is perfect. Funny how on my first listen of the album, when that track came on I thought it would be an upbeat and happy track that ruined the flow after The Same Deep Water As You, but it works so perfectly
patrician banger
If being "long" and "drawn out" is a downside to you then it's a miracle that you like the back half of Disintegration at all.
agreed
Bad taste all around.
It's the best track they've ever done IMO.
the only banger related to that track is the guy who was banging on shit while people recorded it
You fags won't know banging even if you were hit with it
>Sax-o-phone
Every last one of the 25 songs on those two albums straight slapped. Hybrid Theory is objectively the best diamond album of the 21st century.
surprised this wasn't posted yet
I liked it but fucking kek
...
...
I don't care for Undone but otherwise, sure. One of my favorite albums ever.
Best ITT
Pic related for me:
Did it leak or something?
hardest shit out honestly
...
Basically a greatest hits album
Fucking this
Every riff on this thing is 10/10
...
...
...
SSSHHHHHHHHH
SSSHHHHHHHHH
These.
Nice trips, but it's not really a banger album despite how great it is.
"ehhh but Spaceboy i-" NO
"like 9/10 sweet sweet is kind've -" NO
FUCK YOU
EVERY SONG IS AMAZING
this. literally perfect.
Am I actually on Sup Forums right now
all metal albums that don't have ballads
The perfect record desu
Also Megadeth - Rust In Peace
Siamese Dream is amazing but not every song a banger. Sweet Sweet and Mayonnaise are calm and beautiful songs.
also Abandon All Life
This, and honestly YWNBOOU too. Nails is a band built on bangers

Disintegration [Elektra, 1989]
With the transmutation of junk a species of junk itself, an evasion available to any charlatan or nincompoop, it's tempting to ignore this patent arena move altogether. But by pumping his bad faith and bad relationship into depressing moderato play-loud keyb anthems far more tedious than his endless vamps, Robert Smith does actually confront a life contradiction. Not the splintered relationship, needless to say, although the title tune is a suitably grotesque breakup song among unsuitably grotesque breakup songs. As with so many stars, even "private" ones who make a big deal of their "integrity," Smith's demon lover is his audience, now somehow swollen well beyond his ability to comprehend, much less control. Hence the huge scale of these gothic cliches. And watch out, you mass, 'cause if you don't accept this propitiation he just may start contemplating suicide again. Or take his money and go home. C+
Brevity is the soul of wit, Bob
...
fight me
And yet people would shit on RHCP without sitting through that whole album soaking in every song, 4th best chili peppers album in my opinion
agree ?
Greatest goth rock album of all time? Yes.
pornography too
converge's discography is so consistent. none of their albums have weak tracks because they're all so fucking aggressive and initially almost indistinguishable.
i love them though, and they seem like such good dudes.
yeah, kind of similar reasons to above. great album.
w e w
Real talk
i should specify that i mean that tracks on converge's albums can be somewhat indistinguishable. their albums are all unique though.
I've read somewherre that eldritch found First and last always weak (or even mediocre, can't remembre) compared to the next albums ...
He also hates goth and doesn't label himself as such, but more important he hates his old bandmates and the other two albums he made by himself whereas that one was a full band
>hates his old bandmates
Really ? why ? Guess it's an ego thing right ?
He literally recorded an album where he made fun of them because by the rules of the contract, he beat them to the money one of them was owed (it wasn't that good)
That said, Floodland is better than anything The Mission did but they were both better working together
no
imo this
...
Good but nowhere near as good as Scratch Acid EP
That said, Then Comes Dudley is one of my favorite rock album openers
Give or take a few.
iyam this is their best.
the first 5 tracks were 2015 SOTY worthy
