You can never go wrong with eating a lot of fish unless youre a faggot

last weekend i purchased an entire beef tenderloin, butchered it myself, and made:

filet mignon (steak) x 4
with red wine reduction glaze
roasted red potatoes
and whole grain bread and irish butter

chateaubriand
with chateau sauce
chateau potatoes
brown sugared carrots
and whole grain bread with irish butter

this weekend i'm going to take the remaining meat and make either beef quesadillas or beef stroganoff

also made some jam tarts last week. probably going to make them again this weekend

My daily diet when at work

3 cans of iced coffee
1 can of Redbull
1 chicken sandwich (sometimes a steak pie)
2 bars of peanut butter energy bars

Totally. Wasn't actually that hard once I put my mind to it. I also bike anywhere that is less than half an hour a day and thoroughly enjoy the feeling I get after sweating myself out.

I think a lot of people thing that the terrible pain in their knees and hips means that they have a "bad back" or "bad knees" and that they shouldn't work out. They're literally just out of shape and can't force themselves to do anything. After a week the pain was gone and I had more energy than ever before. Never going back

A sándwich with cheesee and lettuce once a day , a lot of water and any kind of fruit or raw vegetable been doing that since january and i have lost 10 kilos

Let's see yesterday I had about a pot of coffee, super grain oatmeal for breakfast, frozen supreme pizza for lunch, Turkey burger patties and sweet potato fries for dinner. Couple powerades because work outside in heat, a quart of 1% chocolate milk, and a box of weight watchers zinger ripoff snack cakes.
