It certainly does taste like shit, but unless you just have a weak stomach, you should be fine. I've never gotten more than a small stomach ache the morning after from it.
You should be able to pick it up in packets in the baking section of any grocery store. If you only have 4 days though, maybe not the best idea. They usually don't take more than 4 or 5 days for me, but i live in a warm area. Have heard these don't do as well if you can't keep them warm.
