I bank with Compass, can't find a straight answer.

Depends on the bank and how much is in your bank, I would guess 500 daily for you since you're asking

I'm buying a car tomorrow, which is why I ask.

19k in the bank, I want to withdraw 12k

usually $420

Sweet

Depends on the account you have with the bank & the bank you are doing the withdrawing from & where from, some can arrest you for taking out to much at a time or lock you out entirely, some have 5k limits while say you have a "visa black" card you can take out 500k without an issue.

Cash in hand of your paying through a check?

3-500 from ATM. Any amount you have if you close the account. All but what is needed for fees if you want to keep account open.

Cash in hand, he didn't want a check.

Why can they arrest me for taking out my own money?

depends on your bank.

Most vanilla accounts let you do like $600 every 24-hours.

If you call your bank, this can be upped though.

You can withdraw cash, but I recommend an official bank check for the amount. If you get jacked, cash is gone, but the check can be cancelled.

>I'm buying a car tomorrow, which is why I ask.

Walk into the bank and get a fucking cashiers check.

Why can they arrest me for taking out my own money?

I think that nigga is living in a 2nd-world country.

If the fucker wants cash, I'd make him stand next to me at the bank and hand it to him as the teller gives it to me. Sounds like you're walking into some shit where you'll be minus a car and $12k.

Yep! Cashier's check to whomever you're buying the car from. That much cash is a bad idea. Paper trail.

Nah I know the guy through a friend, so I'm not too worried

I also met him at his house, so I know where he lives and whatnot.

You can't get arrested for withdrawing your own money unless you live in a third world shithole or some European socialist workers paradise.

Well fraud/money laundering/ & general suspicion to commit a crime under the Treasury's Financial Crimes network when you just randomly take out 15k lol, easily avoided if you explain to your bank that your buying a car or insurance or buying from a dealer but yah.
Nah nigga you just dumb

Acutely you could be arrested just under suspicion or if it looks like your trying to fuck said bank over aka taking your money out & then putting fake money back in its place to then repeat said process & then receive real money back in place of the fake money you just put in. AKA money laundering

Ok op were only going over this once. We need a car no plates, a gun and a ski mask. I have most of this on stand by u'll need to get us some wheels I suggest a sedan(Toyota something that wont stand out). I'm gonna give you an hour butter cup to get your war face on. When we get there gotta be quick NO HOSTAGES. Ill watch the staff you get the cash. Once you've got what we need we speed away. Gonna have to ditch the car in the river and swim for Antarctica they'll never find us there. YOU READY OP

That was my plan, I was going to tell them I'm buying a car from a friend and wanted to just pay cash for it.

Then you can withdraw all that's in the account without an issue unless your bank account has a daily limit like myn is 100k in one day from the bank it's self & 1k from ATM

You need a CTR form for any cash over 10k, I get them alot from the casino, but to buy a car they will tell you to use a certified check instead of cash, you can cancel a stolen check but you can't cancel stolen money

you can't

money is for rich people silly wage slave

Bro dont panic, no one is going to arrest you for withdrawing your own money, Ive gotten 150k cash out once with no issues. You'd only raise suspicion if you were making a whole series of eeird transactions like withdrawing and depositing huge amounts over a short period.
Anons are just talking shit.

Here is a link for a CTR form,

Don't mean shit. You walk up with 12K in cash, you won't have to worry about you know where the dude lives. Because he'll probably shoot your ass or slit your throat. Regardless, it's 50/50 if you walk away with your life.

Damn, some people are paranoid

Money does things to people, some are calm & cool with in hand transactions & others will hire 7 guys to jump your ass the second you pop the money out to finish the deal. Why take a chance when there's options available that insure your own safety? I guess that's why I've never been robbed or mugged
