Fl studio 12 and mpk mini as a midi controller

How did you get this good op

I find it actually easy. The first 2 tracks on my youtube channel i did them on the day i got the keyboard and the day after. The hardest thing is to know how to control the software (i learned watching youtube tutorials) and finding your own style. With practice anyone can do this, cheers

You can make it without the keyboard with no doubts but youll find ir harder. However, its a good way to learn how to use the software and if you like it then you can buy a keyboard.
I dont know music theory, I play drums and harmonica and I tried this without knowing anything about music producing and theory so the thing is to make music that sounds good, i dont care about the theory when making those songs

Not op user but you dont need to learn music theory, for me I get the "Feels right" feeling when making a track. I assume we all have some sense of rhythm. But if you are having trouble then study music theory, no shame in that for you wont be the only one with that issue
