The last time I've been there was 5.5 years ago so can't say much about it. But there are a lot of people who are willing to vote against putin or just genuinely would prefer normal democracy. The problem is government trying to get rid of them and make their life harder. But majority of people still live in soviet world. For them only the name was changed but the country is the same
