POF sexting scam?
I'm being extorted by an apparently underage girls father, who had sent me nudes in the same text of her sending nudes. They have a SC number and I am in WA. +1 (803) 235-6122 that is her number and they are willing to not press charges if I deposit $800 onto their wal mart card. They are asking for $800 to pay for counseling and phone cancellation.
Were you involved in having her send you photos, or did they initiate everything.
She sent them first, then i stupidly sent a partial nude. Not full dick but enough of it to be bad.

Extortion is a felony as well problem is that it was a verbal over the phone agreement and I'm really just scared to death right now.
Look up entrapment laws, if they sent first there's a good possibility that even if they took you to court they would lose on account of sending the nudes first. Even undercover cops can't legally do that.
Plus the whole "put money on a walmart card" just screams scam in my head.

You'll prob want to change phone numbers and delete or change any accounts you have associated to that number (Google your phone number and see what it brings up. Change whatever you don't want this guy seeing etc)
Go to police station, tell them what happened, show phone, other guy goes to jail. You being scared or giving the other guy money makes it worse for you
Pretty much this, I remember a couple of instances where people reported their friends to the cops for stealing their drugs. The cops busted the drug thief, took the drugs and physically handed them back to the guy, then promptly arrested them as well.

I don't think cops will entertain that sort of thing, they have better this to do. At least around my way in nj they have better things to do like write tickets for speeding
I'm sure most wouldn't go through the trouble, yeah. Some might just be bored and looking for some lulz. Then again I only heard about it on that "World's Dumbest Criminals" show, and I have no idea how credible that show is.
