it really depends on your body type,skin thickness, where most of your fat is, and where the tat is.
if you got the tat on your back it would probably do fuck all if you lost weight
but if you got it on your stomach (which i'm assuming is where most of the weight is) then it would probably fade a lot. if not then it would shrink. or cause you to lose weight but you skin would remain baggy.
i recommend going to your local tattoo artist and asking more about this as i cannot see you in person so i am not able to give much help.
