i feel i use it too much. i got it because i don't know many kanji but now i just use it to read things quickly, its quiet annoying but its too convenient not to use
i will
James Cruz
i think i only really use it when i see a character i dont recognize, but i feel like i probably use it a lot more without thinking about it so i was considering dropping it.

Crutch? If you didn't have it then you would just open an online dictionary which does the same exact thing but takes longer.
If you're reading and don't want to rely on rikai, turn it off until you're done.

What's the meaning of それそれ when someone sings it over and over?
>I've heard that the word セイカ means sexual harrassment. Is that true?
Nah, at least I've never heard that the word セイカ means sexual harassment. I guess you mean セクハラ(sekuhara) which is short for sexual harassment
> If not, does that word have any meaning? セイカ(seika) has a lot of meaning with the same pronunciation such as 成果, 製菓, 青果, 聖火, 生家, 精華 and so on so I can't identify it.

In a non-formal email, starting it with "(name)さん、こんにちは" would be fine, right?
Robert James
peru? how is your day today peru? what are the daily tasks at hand today peru?
today i will fast the entire day. i will just drink green tea, because yesterday i had ice cream and mcdonalds. what about you peru? are you sticking to your diet? peru?
Jace Jenkins
yes, but personally I find "(name)さん、こんにちは" a little formal. incidentally if you are in contact with your very close friends, I think "よう、(name)!" is fine too though.
