PS you can't

Name one bad song

most of the songs are meh

>tfw I just got into Jenny Death and haven't even put on bottomless pit yet
fug.

knock knock
who's there
bottomless pit has filler
bottomless pit has filler who
bottomless pit has filler and its ring a bell and 80808

eh is boring

this
The other songs are pretty good

Hit head
Blo

the entire thing

I can't name a bad song but I cant really name a great one either. They played it really safe with BP and it came out average

ring a bell is one of the best songs on the album

Hot Head

best song:
Bottomless Pit
worst song:
Ring a Bell
Eh is making them go mainstream. is that good or bad?

PS you can't name one good song other than trash, hot head, eh, and bb poison

>Eh is making them go mainstream
BP was as mainstream as TMS. Besides normies would never spring for unpredictable music.

trash, 80808 and warping are all pretty filler-y

this

Three Bedrooms, Bubbles buried, Bottomless pit

all answers are wrong it's actually bb poison and breaks the flow of the album

A lot of the songs feel like they end where they start and dont really go anywhere. I can't call it a bad album but it's their most "meh" release other than the first two songs

warping is actually really good. its probably one of the closest tracks to TMS/NLDW era.
i didnt like it at first either but i started listening to it in my car and it just fucking clicked.
Ride's delivery on the verses paired with the bass is just really hard-hitting and has this satisfying 'stomp' to it.

yeah i actually take that back, the echoing wo-o-o-o-o-o's are what sell it for me

ring is bell is the best track on the album you dolts.

this is my problem particularly with three bedrooms.
I loved it at first but it wore thin pretty fast. after a minute in you've literally heard everything the song has to offer.

adding to this, i feel like beyond make spikes, hot head and gbpgi there weren't really any memorable hooks, which the group is notoriously known for

Agree on 80808
Disagree on Ring a Bell

same here desu senpai
>inb4 pic not related

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Houdini.

Easily the worst track on the album imo.

fuck off TDE. stop shilling your "kill the whiteys" album

>listens to TPAB
>leaves with a 'oh he wants to kill the whiteys' attitude

ur an idiot

i think we all forgot it exists

...

one of the songs is eh

REEEEEEEEEEEEE

Houdini and 80808 are the only filler-ish songs. The rest are good great or amazing.

Houdini is one of the best songs on the album you nigger

>Giving bad people good ideas
>hot head
>bottomless pit
>bubbles buried in this jungle
they're too loud and distorted with no discernible beat. and the lyrics aren't that good.

Lucky you. You can only hear it for the first time once. If you like Jenny Death you should enjoy BP then.

the only one i could see having "no discernible beat" is hot head, but it's there. it's just atypical for death grips and is more in line with early early zach hill solo stuff

on second thought, take Bubbles off the list.

Spikes is undeniably great m8

Next album wen? What can we expect from them next guys? Where do they go from here? More intense? Catchier/Poppier? Something completely different? I loved BP but it definitely seemed like a big step in a more conventional direction. I'll be worried if they try to go to far in that style.

>definitely seemed like a big step in a more conventional direction
especially with the last ily's album this is a fear of mine. but with zachs long history i dont really feel like this will happen

They all feel a bit 'messy' though. like it's just loud badly toned guitars over a fast drum beat. I like DG's loud and distorted stuff from The Powers That Be and Ex-Military, but these songs are nothing like that.

that's why I said it's atypical for them. I welcome this change, it reminds me of shit like real old zach records: youtube.com/watch?v=Q0TGjFegYf4
