lyrics on leprosy all tell a small story. try to start with a mental picture of some gruesome/spooky scenario or revelation. cliches can be okay like a character walking into a crypt or being buried alive or something stupid, then you can either go into huge detail on the event taking place or keep things entirely vague which kind of lets you repeat yourself a bunch of times
are you writing for a band or something? post progress reports and i'm sure people in here will be happy to help with tweaking lyrics and such
