ANYONE BUT ME AWAKE AND WATCHING ????????

yeah on and off, excited for the sweep!

based matt moore not wearing 55 to respect big time timmy jim. i like this man's integrity, but not his pitching so far

>SF keeps the number 55 reserved in honor of the winning pitcher of the clinching win of the **first SF world series win** (also farm-raised, 2-time Cy Young award winner)
It was never offered to him; he was told of the significance.

this makes much more sense. there were a couple articles that I read that made it sound like he opted to change his number to 45, not that it wasn't offered. whatever will get clicks :^)

>starts letting runners on
>i have a blister i need out of the game

kek

ayyyy

in case philly fans forgot

Will we finally win today lads?

>small strike zone for all pitchers
>PHI = disciplined at-bats; draws walks
>SF = FLAIL AWAY!!!
Proper batting coach when?

should have relieved him when he walked his 6th batter on a 4-0 count, now this game is definitely over since SF won't sscore another run, even if thi goes into the 18th. My bet is on Lopez giving up 2 runs in the 8th, though

>le throw it 98 down the middle with no movement man

cmon strick pls

Derek Law is in line to pitch the 8th

hello do they play baseball in germany?

NATO bases (and I mean baseS) shawn bro

...

should have traded Belt back in July, this dude is garbage

I've already seen this episode twice this week, no thanks

who would they have gotten? duffy was honestly the only expendable infielder

Time for GIANTS!!!

*squish*

*squash*

Fucking Nunez sucks

Belt and Crawford were the hottest hitters before the ASB.

Since the ASB ... the WHOLE TEAM has been in a collective slump. They've even dragged down Nuñez into a slump (now).

Nunez was already garbage before we got him, his .285 was a fluke from the beginning of the season when he hit like .450. This dude is regressing since May and doesn't stop in SF. Never should have given up Mejia for him and should have kept Duffy at 3B.

Time for Smiths 2nd L.

>we

Magic time

>newfag trip

>german posting in an mlb thread

>Phillies "stealing"

There goes the sweep

nice try
not

BASED DENARD

>germany

A-at least we won the series

SPAN THE MAN

Ya dummies

Shit.

Which pitcher will give up the winning run lads?

Amen

True. But this team slump is dragging EVERYONE down heading to .250.
Even Blanco's pinch-hitting OPS has gone silent; he was 4 for 8 with RISP before the ASB.

Also, you can pinpoint the exact moment the team's heart breaks at the balk-off in San Diego (notice the reactions Posey, Belt, Crawford, etc).

the Nats triple play didn't help, either

ca-see-ya-later

It's been that type of ride senpai

>Casilla

and so the wild ride begins

nunez, just when i thought you couldnt get any dumber. then you go and do something like this...

AND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF

>nunez actually made a defensive play

wew

Oh shit homeboy with the Play

Throw was shitty and unnecessarily rushed though.

Good series, Giants.

Cya sf

The phillies have a hell of a future
gg philz

WE WIN!!!!

Great series phillies, hope we don't see you again for a long time

>inb4 dodgers win today

On to our nation's capital for 3 games ...

Next game is tomorrow at 7:05 PM ET | 4:05 PM PT

Wait, we won!?

>Casillas pitches a whole inning without anyone reaching the 1st base

what went wrong, phillies

>Casilla saves the game with only 7 pitches
??? WTF ???
