I'm going to try DMT in about a month and I'm going to extract it myself from 500g of MHRB (Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark). Has anyone done it and can give tips? Should I go with the acid to base or straight to base tek?

USA, California specifically. I found online that you can get it shipped to you relatively cheaply from Britain or some shit like that, its completely legal to own. The site name was Avalons Magic Plants or something. Any experiences?

From what I've gathered is that if you can't do the one-time do-everything method, do multiple 2-hour sessions while doing something else and stirring occasionally. I'm not experienced in this matter. And idk what your living situation is like, so I understand not having time, I'm currently living at home but going back to university in a month so I'll extract it there during week 1 of classes

Living situation isn't the issue. I wanted to do it together with a few friends, but we can't find a time window where we can meet up for two days to make the stuff.
You'll need at least two free days to extract the DMT properly.
If I recall correctly, the first part of the extraction is done in 2/3 hours. After that you just have to stir the mix once or twice every hour or so for 10-12 hours.
Does not work. The weed pen does not get hot enough for the DMT to work.

No i havent made dmt with mimosa but ive used acacia confusa which was alright but mimosa hostilis makes a way better yield
I've tripped on DMT twice. The first time I went to a dimensionless space where I perceived God. The second time I saw spiral beings that sought me out and went into my chest and they felt like pure joy.
Forgot to mention; If you go extracting it yourself, safety first! Use rubber gloves, eye protection and breathing protection just in case.
Just a bit of lye in your eye will leave you blind forever. Breathing those toxic fumes won't do you any good as well.

Will a regular vape pen get hot enough? I heard boiling temp was 160, I forgot units but probably farenheit. If not, any recommendations on weed pipe + sandwich method or glass vaporizer?
I didn't measure it, just stuck a pinch between some weed in my bong. The second time I set up a second cone with a second DMT dose. The second hit was a struggle when the effects start coming on. I really want to get up to three because they talk about "breaking through" and that it takes a huge hit to get there.
If you've got a vaporizer, use that.
DMT vapourizes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Turn the fan on to fill the vape bag at around 330/340 degrees. By the time the vapor reaches 375 degrees, you'll have a full bag of vapor
(assuming you use a bag vape like a volcano)

But I figure I'm mentally at peace and I have very few problems in life, so anything that comes out of my brain should be fairly peaceful. I wanna try hallucinigens in general first, but given my lack of experience I wanna do everything
You just gotta remember to remember that whatever you see/feel is only in the trip
Use a crack pipe and a butane lighter, easy as fuck. If you have any friends who smoke or smoked crack get them to teach you, it's done the same way and super easy.

A volcano is really fucking expensive though. Costs over €350 here. A much cheaper method is to use a glass pipe + storm lighter.
I have this theory that people who have bad trips are just too stupid to deal with even minor changes to their perception.

Yeah, a gas station in a bad part of town will sell them, a head shop should, other places might too.
Should be $5, any more is a rip off, but it might not be worth shopping around over five dollars.

Burnt myself out on research chemicals and LSD/shrooms in high school, don't touch the stuff anymore, way to high of a chance that I'll have a bad trip, even weed just makes me feel shitty now.
I picked up ketamine and love everything about it though. Got fucked up last night and played Viva Pinata for 4 hours straight, doesn't get me super immersed into whatever I'm doing like acid did but it's so much smoother, come up doesn't give me nausea, and you can have a completely normal day with minor afterglow following usage.
