I'm not op either, but I appreciate the communal effort. Did you blur? Setting the overlaying layer to hard mix or 50% will help you see what not to reveal. Start with huge circles, and get smaller as you go, focusing mainly on the waist and chest areas once you're working with small circles.

Xray's are super hard, usually ending up trying to recreate the boob, failing and giving up.
