Every EU country had to ratify the Maastrict Treaty and all of them did except Denmark. It was totally logical for Denmark to have another referendum to decide whether they were going to be out the EU or stay and integrate with the rest of the continent.
Ireland had a second vote on the Nice treaty because they secured the Seville Declaration from the EU.
France and the Netherlands both rejected the 2005 constitution but later their governments were elected with a mandate to sign the Lisbon treaty in 2007.
In 2008 the Irish government renegotiated parts of the Lisbon treaty and held a vote on it.
The 2015 Greek vote was impossible to implement without Greece leaving the Euro.
