I was there. I was a major alcoholic too. Met my current bf and he helped me get the attitude right to just go do it. Honesty without him icing me a kick in the ass to get my mad enough about my situation I wouldn't have done it. I live in a different town a better apartment, I have a better job. Not an alcoholic anymore. Got it going. Sometimes user you need to just recognize "yeah it's fucking nuts, but if I don't do it now I never will." Yeah it was hard for a while. Still is too.
