I've been doing this like 6 months now and still no change. My family is all fat too so I know its partly genetic but what else is wrong? Help me with my food, Sup Forums.

Diet soda can be very bad for you(depending on the person). Drink water, and herbal teas/ACTUAL juice(stay away from Tropicana and the like, they are owned by the cola companies and there is a SHITTON of sugar in them).

Get your food from the grocery store, not 'restaurants'. You will feel better once all that crud gets outta your system. Dieting doesn't always work. Exercise is your main ally in a healthy life.

Drink water (maybe with some fruit juice), learn to cook, eat lot's of fruit and vegetables, cut down on meat, don't EVER go to fast food places, reward yourself with a SMALL sweet snack a day.

Cut the soda out entirely, switch to water. Get MiO that has caffeine if you need to wean yourself off of it and don't want coffee at the moment.

Speaking of coffee, have it black. Lowfat milk if you must.

Cut starches like potatoes and pasta to low portions if any at all. In fact, take note of how much sugar is in your food. Sugar is goddamned everywhere.

Avoid fast food like the plague.

Why not buy a real lime, slice it up in to a 2 gallon container and leave that in the fridge. Use that to refill it. You can also add cucumber to it. It makes is super refreshing.

If you add exercise to that slightly better diet weight will come off. But that change you made isn't enough to make you lose by itself.

jam is probably going to be worse for you than butter. butter is just harmless fat while typical american jam is jam-packed full of sugar

Don't even drink soda. Especially diet soda. In my opinion it's worse than regular. Try raising your metabolism, don't go to olive garden it's terrible for you(yes even the salads), don't cover salad with pounds of ranch or croutons, don't even get a baked potato at wendies, it's even more calories than small fries, not to mention it's covered with grease butter and cheese, jam is still bad for you if you don't exersize the calories off to gain muscle, and exersize. Try chin ups. Make a goal for the end of the month. Start with one, then make it to two, then 3 and so on. Also running or walking your dog if you have one.

That's a very bad diet. Did you talk to a specialist? Also no mention of exercises being done. You want to lose weight? It does lose itself, but not the way you're doing.

Diet soda is actually mad unhealthy. Exercise would be a good idea, but the most important thing is counting calories. If you cut out unhealthy and calorie rich stuff, your body will simply try to trick you into eating more, so watch out for that.

Your diet is still kind of shit. That wouldn't matter if you'd start working out and get your metabolism sky high. Look into metabolic workouts. Then, apply.

Try a diet of mostly ******whole****** plant foods. A fruit and plant brotein shake sometimes is fine too, but it's best to eat mostly real food.
