Go with a lower caliber. The deagle is too powerful to effectively use in a gunfight (yes ive shot it before) its too hard to get off consecutive shots with any accuracy. By all means get something with a high caliber but make sure it wont break your wrist when you fire it.

Get yourself a pair of balls, and buy a good knife

Deagles are fun to shoot and have a really cool operating sytem for a pistol, but are retardedly huge, heavy, and cost well over a dollar per shot (.50 cal). That being said, if you have the money to waste, and the money to feed it, go for it. But if you want something that you can do more than just take ro the range and keep on your nightstand, get a different gun. You'll look like a tacticool douche carrying it.

They're not actually related, but for the record are both very solid guns. Here is the question though, do you really find a .50ae necessary? The Jericho is just as solid of a gun, and those 9mm bullets coming out of a full steel Jericho will be surprisingly easy to group. Plus let's talk ammo costs.

The Jericho was long the workhorse of the Israeli police force. Its a bit heavy for a service weapon but it just about never jams and is one of the most ergonomic guns on the market. It's slight forward balance is a thing of beauty.
The eagle is basically a toy. Sure it's a lot of fun, but it's impractical as hell.

Actually my cousin had one because of bears. He lives in the UP of Michigan and does backwoods tours for a living. He takes people out to look at moose on snowmobiles and ATV and such. The bears are an actual threat so he figured that a .50ae would maybe save his ass some day. It's a very large and powerful round. Especially for a magazine fed semi auto.
