If I commit suicide by cop, is it still illegal?

no you probably deserved it

Can I get in trouble for fucking my dog or cat? And posting videos of it?

depends on the state.

its a felony in some places, but a lot of southern states its a misdemeanor or not illegal at all.

posting vids is the same as above. illegal in some states, legal in others.

What sector of law do you practice?

That aside, my question is how can I go about sueing a cop that knocked out 2 of my back lights during a bogus traffic stop?

Exactly how much trouble can I get in if I post gfs nudes without her knowledge?

Where'd you go to school?

I do personal injury, criminal defense, estates/trusts, and worker's comp.

You can file a complaint against the cop alleging a 1983 civil rights violation

Post here so we can verify whether or not it is worth charging an offence

How much trouble can i get into for fucking a 16 year old while im 20

depends on the state. a lot of them have "romeo and juliet" laws which vary in the age discrepancy allowed.

some states allow a 2 year difference so 16 and 20 in that case would be statutory rape.

Can you pontificate?

depends on the state.

generally posting someone's image online isn't a crime until some states started enacting "revenge porn" laws.

if you're asking me to elaborate, find your local ACLU chapter in your state and tell them your story.

They are non profit and if your case has any merit they will do all the work for you, for free.

In Texas am I obligated to identify myself to a police officer if I have a LTC (license to carry) under any circumstance or am I still afforded the right to deny identification unless being detained/arrested/driving?

A year or so ago I got drunk with a guy friend and grabbed at his dick and ass. I don't remember it at all, except for waking up to him freaking out and telling me "I'm not a fag."

A couple days later I got a call from a cop wanting to talk to me...I never returned the call, and nothing has ever happened.

Lack of evidence? What gives?

>ACLU

Nah, I'm in Illinois, and they only care about police abuse of force cases here when it's between black/latino/asian people and cops.

I don't practice in texas so I just looked it up and it appears that you are required to show your concealed carry license upon request.

This is the same as my state, I have my CC and am required to tell the officer I have a CC and where my firearm is located. They can also detain the firearm for the duration of the stop, but have to give it back if I'm not arrested.

Yea it sounds like a "he said, she said" case.

If dude calls up the police and says "this guy touched my dick" they probably don't even give a shit first of all, and they aren't going to expend very much time or energy investigating it.

I figured as much. We got drunk and fell asleep....I guess I tried starting shit with him. Freaked out and went way overboard.

Like I said I just ignored the calls, they stopped, and nothing ever happened.

I guess I'll have to research further. I was mainly asking about a situation where you could otherwise deny ID request, eg. Randomly stopped on the street not being suspected of a crime etc.

In Texas you're obligated to ID as the driver of a vehicle under any circumstance.

its right in the FAQ section that you need to give the officer ID when requested.

Seems pretty clear, I don't think theres any situation in which you can deny it, even if you were stopped for no reason.

I shit all over the bathroom at a small bar they called the police and pressed charges on me for vanslizem and I got a ticket can I fight this in court and win?

Thanks I actually found the section pertaining to my question for Texas state law. It looks like I can still deny under the same circumstances as normal unless I am at the time "carrying". If I were carrying I would be considered partaking in a privelaged activity and therefore be under the same obligations as the DRIVER of a car.

I broke 2000 worth of windows in a drunken rage and was arrested. a year and a half later they send me a summons to court. Am i going to get bummed by tyrone in jail
