Big release this week is The Dogs - Death By Drowning
I think the biggest release last year was Virus - Memento Collider which some descriptions might say metal or even black metal but it is absolutely not. It is post-punk. Then after them I'd say the next biggest was Aurora - All My Demons

this guy released one album and hasn't done anything since, which is unfortunate. If you like early autechre and afx i recommend Liðvarð's "Urð, Verðandi & Skuld".
