tommy beruit - Om (ambient/noise/glitch)
shared my first album here a few months ago but this one is much much better. if you're feeling it definitely reccomend you listen to the first 3 tracks than go from there, track 15 is my fav overall though
Artxanda
>lofi freak folk, cassette noisy folk

hope you enjoy, i think the best track is 7

Quite a prolific discography you have here; I'm checking out the latest project right now. I'm digging the beat-sy harsh noise thing you've got going on here; keep it up!

The newer album is my first shot at lower-case; it isn't very good, but let me know what you think if you're into that sort of thing. I'm hoping to make a few more in that series.

holy shit two years! that was your first release right?
Thank you my man
If you dig drone metal and overwhelming, messy psychedelic noise, you'll love my next record
I'm currently listening to Alders in the Middle Reach. The first track was perfection, it's crazy how colourful and interesting different playing techniques can make simple guitar music, sounds like you added another instrument. The only time I used bows was when recoding Zöld Hegy. On the second one the mixing gets a bit too harsh at times. The synth sound could be a lot smoother, not too pleasant on the ears.
I'm still at the 2nd track, so far the occasional clipping, and the harshness are my only complaint.
yeah its my first "proper" release done all by myself. I cant believe it was 2 years ago, god I've to catch up making new stuff someday.

My first couple of albums just turned a year old and I still don't know how to music
Thanks for the feedback man! Yeah, fluoxetine gets a little clumpy at times; that I think was like the second track I ever recorded. Aside from the initial ring you hear from the beginning, everything in that track is guitar actually. Those low and harsh synths are bits that I paulstretched in audacity and just repeated to fade in and out.
Ew.... Paulstretching
shit, that reminds me that my first few songs turned a year old a month or two ago and I completely forgot about it! looking back at them, they're uhhh.... not good at all. yikes.
in case you wanna have a laugh or enjoy monotonous paulstretched drones with boring, off tempo, amateur acoustic guitar work, enjoy.
soundcloud.com
>Ew.... Paulstretching
haven't heard your song but PSA to every musician on this thread: DO NOT USE PAULSTRETCH. It's the cheapest trick in the book and it's very very noticeable to any listener when you're using it. there are better ways of stretching, slowing down sounds, and creating proper drones than paulstretch.
To poppy/happy for me but really great production and musicianship
this needs drums behind! + a nice melody above the guitar! (?)
same, its kinda sad that im the same spot as in 2015 haha

I like the drums on all songs, also the ambient chords / arpeggios are cool, but the lead synth is a little on the nose.

these are some really neat pieces, dude. Really into the vibes from 'Alders in the Middle Reach'. But damn, fix the gain in certain tracks, cause the sound is clippin as hell.
Thanks for the feedback! I'm digging your stuff so far, the beat at the end of your first track makes me feel a little uneasy for some reason, I don't mean that in a sense that it's bad though. The second track just started now; sounds really nice.
And yeah, the clipping is shitty on some of those "Alders" tracks. With my current recording methods, it's an issue that easier to prevent than fix, so I'm kinda hoping I can avoid it in future projects.

send me some feedback after you finish the whole album, if you feel like :)
Honestly I expected better from a cover art like this
kind of interesting, though it loses some appeal for me just because it's in another language. it does sound like almost found tapes, a spliced together audio documentary. cool concept
neat guitar bowing, unfortunately ambient isn't really my thing though. reminded me of burzum at times, specifically on "Alders in the middle...", keep it up
U2 vibes heavily, production is flawless. not really my kind of music, but I can definitely see this garnering a following. if you put in work, I culd see this project going places
I'd suggest applying some sort of effect to your programmed drums. nice bass and guitar tones, though your synths sound kinda preset-ish. Also try to maybe get some more stereo width in the guitars and the bass, I think that especially when you add vocals the mix will be greatly improved if it has more width to it.

You are literally what is wrong with Bandcamp threads, posters in these could give two shits about listening to other people's music, its all a self-satisfaction circle jerk

new stuff incoming, closer to neofolk than previous material.
New releases!
I make a variety of composed & improvised music, mostly for piano but also other instruments sometimes, then alter it digitally to find new sounds in the fragments of lossy codecs, overly-edited audio and other varieties of fun things. Basically I make glitch music, but on the software/databending level instead of the hardware/circuitbending level. It mostly ends up in the realm of noise, drone & new age type stuff with contemporary classical elements.
Hope you enjoy!

New album is done being recorded. Took about seven long days in a freezing cold garage but I think the end result is going to be great.
