Imma make you an egg fried rice that ive been eating everyday for 3 months.

I eat as much of this as i want, then cardio and lift and have been losing fat and gaining like a mother bitch
Here we go!!

Boil some water

Pan on low heat

Half onion one tomato and melt some sunflower butter

Chop that shit up

Vegs are done now 3 slices of thick cut applewood bacon

Nigger threw a plate in the bin

Now 5 or 6 egg whites with 1 whole egg

Scramble it up

Salt n peppa the veg

Add it in..chop the bacon and add it next

Rice is done drain it very well snd then immediatly add it the egg

Scramble it all together on a low heat to dry the rice to desired level

Fuck it looks amazing...last steps incoming

i think a pinch of cinamon and a bit of curry would work nice with this one

Either way - this meal is somewhat similar to what i often cook:
>Pan: Cooked rice. -> toss out when ready
>The same pan: sunflower oil, onions, bell pepper, garlic and salt (lid closed! otherwise this will become dry as fuck) -> toss out when ready
>Scrub pan, sunflower oil and random lean meat with salt, pepper, honey and mustard
TLDR: Delicious meal with least damage done to the kitchen.
