I fuck with them

What the fuck is this

What is this garbage?

Idk they get some unwarranted hate on here just for belonging to the whole indie folk thing, but their two albums are honestly great and the new one is looking to be even better.

Just like what you like and stop caring whether or not it's cool.

The Pentatonix are definitely a good group but the production on their songs make them completely unlistenable. And this song is pretty boring anyway but that's expected as Fleet Foxes suck.

It's a crappy Fleet Foxes song.

>Pentatonix
>a good group
>Fleet Foxes suck

lel someone asked Robin on Instagram what he thought of that cover and he said he hated it.
mcfuckinkillyourself dude

Well on a scale of 0 (Neutral Milk Hotel) to 10 (The Manhattan Transfer), Pentatonix is about a 7/10 and fleet foxes is about a 3/10.

what's a 9

you're so fuckin cool dude.

En Vogue

Pentatonix is just nu-male, glee/disney-wannabe, "multicultural", overproduced, fake-ass, tween, smiley-crackhead bullshit

Fleet Foxes is betas who love woods, weed, and tumblr and somehow managed to have a decent debut album

>Pentatonix is just nu-male, glee/disney-wannabe, "multicultural", overproduced, fake-ass, tween, smiley-crackhead bullshit
While they are talented, I do recognize this as well which is why I put them below En Vogue and The Manhattan Transfer among others.
>managed to have a decent debut album
I would call it extremely mediocre, not decent

>it's the "attack the fanbase/aesthetic" non-argument again

Also, Helplessness Blues is undoubtedly better than their debut.

>makes an album called Helplessness Blues
>it isn't blues

Lololol. What about Pentatonix is better than Fleet Foxes? I don't even love Fleet Foxes but I can't see how Pentatonix could be better than 2/10

Well yeah, but only if those values have no correlation with quality and only a scale from Indie Folk to dodgy A Capella

Fleet Foxes were by far the best artist to come out of that mid-2000s Indie Folk thing

I dont know if its just because I live in Appalachia but I have always intensely loved blue ridge mountains even though most people rarely rate it in the top 20 FF songs.

dear god

But user, a scale of indie folk to dodgy acapella is a scale of quality.

You're not alone, Blue Ridge Mountains is my favorite FF song besides Mykonos

OK, but only if it's a weird scale where 0 is best and 10 is worst

tell me how ANY artist can make folk after the year 2000 and not be labled "indie folk" which means nothing anyway

by being 60 years old or not being popular

Other way around, buddy. Indie folk is a crappy music genre. The Manhattan Transfer is one of the best groups of the last 50 years.

I get the hate for the indie folk thing because there's so much trash lumped into it, but Fleet Foxes sounds way different from the generic indie folk. Two unique 10/10 albums for me.
