Well we just gave you the probably of one post being dubs, if you take it randomly.
Since there is quite a quick rate of posts on Sup Forums, you can consider it to be random. But that's not true anymore for trips and quads : you can estimate the time where they are gonna appear since they are more rare and try to post around that time to increase your chances.
Anyway, obviously someone who post a lot have more chances to have dubs at some point than someone who doesn't post.
