I reckon a portion of the city does. But I know for a fact that more people here speak English than German and at muc higher rates than, say: Bulgaria or Macedonia or Montenegro.

Unless you have skills and knowledge with lots of experience with a job that is really needed, then yes.

If not, then I'm afraid that, no. It isn't easy to make money here.

But on the other hand, food and bills are really really cheap here. For instance:

Bread: 1/6th of a euro
Mostly depends where you buy.

Milk: 80% of a euro for a liter

Eggs: 10 dinars a piece, 10 dinars not even being a 10th of a euro

Coffee: as far as i know costs 100-150 dinars, which is about 1 e per 100grams

Going out is also cheap. About 20-30 per euros for a night will do.

Bills are cheap.. Overall the price of paying for bills would be between 50-60e a month.
